*** noted raw sausage paste is being used for pizza- stop this- not in FSP- revise the FSP or send me a copy of approved FSP ( head office) :raw sausage must be cooked ( internal temp 74 oC) before using as a topping- product received portioned frozen from Beef Way 2519 Kingsway Vancouver BC - 604-438-1190

STOP using the raw sausage till approval is provided by the area inspector.
