Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AZNPZJ:

Upper single door cooler next to the hand sink serviced. Ambient air temperature -1 to 0 degrees C.
Food products covered and protected from contamination in the walk in cooler.
Ice machine door serviced and in good working order.
Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review. Reminder to monitor and record temperatures of all coolers, freezers, hot holding, and dishwasher final rinse temperature on a daily basis.
Food safety plan received for sous vide cooking from head chef. Discussed revisions required.
