Corrective Action(s): Ensure only an approved sanitizer is used on food contact surfaces (i.e. Quats at 200ppm, Chlorine sanitizer [Bleach] at 100ppm).

Manager sent out a staff member to obtain a bottle of bleach for the interim. To prepare a chlorine sanitizer using bleach: 1tsp for 1L of water. Be sure to refresh the spray bottle at least daily as well.
