> Hand washing stations near the grill station, in front of
house and washrooms were fully equipped with running
hot and cold water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels.
> QUAT sanitizer buckets in front of house and back of
house measured 200 ppm. Wiping cloths were soaked in the buckets.
> QUAT dispenser in the 3-compartment sink measured 200ppm.
> High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature
of 72.9 c on the plate surface.
> Coolers
- 2 door drawer coolers with onion rings and bacon
measured 3c.
- Under the counter cooler with milk in front of house
measured 2.5c
- 2 door cooler near the office area measured 2c
- 1 door cooler near the office area measured 2c
- 1 door cooler at the back of the house near the stairs

> Freezers
- Chest freezer with raw meat patties measured -20c
- Chest freezer in front of house not in use during the
inspection. Salt and sugar packs were stocked in the freezer/
- Walk-in-freezer measured -19c; Fry freezer measured -18c
> Push slicers were in sanitary condition
> Gravy measured 64c
> All food items in hot holding unit measured above 60 c
such as egg (72c), beef patty (73c), sauted garlic (71c),
and sausage links (74c)
> General food storage practices were satisfactory at the
time of the inspection
> Staff hygiene was satisfactory; Ensure to send
FOODSAFE certificate or equivalent to the EHO.
> General sanitation was satisfactory.
> Permit posted in a conspicuous location.
> Pest control report was available. Inspection was done
on 04/14/2023.
