- Vegetable slicer had been cleaned and sanitized. Ensure it is covered with food-grade cover such as saran wrap. Do not use reusable towels to cover food equipment.
- Chemical spray bottles were all labelled.
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.
- No other concerns noted at the time of inspection.
