- The facility is equipped with hot & cold running water
- Hand washing stations are stocked
- Separate sanitizer bottles available fore MEAT & SEAFOOD departments, both with 200ppm chlorine
- All refrigeration units meet regulatory requirements (<4C coolers, <-18C freezers)
- Temperature log is in place
- The fish tanks are in sanitary manner and measured 5C. (Separate water intake & outlet for fish and shellfish)
- Foods are stored off of floor

*Ensure that tongs used at self-serve seafood stations are washed & sanitized every 4 hours
