HAZARD RATING FOR YOUR FACILITY: Low (≤15) Total Score = 3
Critical Hazards: There are no critical hazards.
Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 1
306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation:
- Area around the rice cooker is observed with purple rice debris/splatter that was produced during the cooking.
- Large bucket with milk powder is obstructing the 3 compartment sink area.
Corrective Action(s):
- Clean off the rice debris on the wall, cabinet door, and the rice cooker itself. Re-locate the rice cooker and ensure the splatter is cleaned up after each time. Recommend to have some sort of plastic or metal shield / barrier around the rice cooker so that it does not splatter onto hard-to-clean surfaces.
- Move the large bucket to other area. Ensure the area in front of the 3 compartment sink is kept clear.

Comments

- All handsinks are fully equipped.
- All coolers at 4C or below.
- Freezer at -19C.
- 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Drain plug and bleach available.
- 2 hour time tracking observed for the bubble tea toppings - Good.
- Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 100ppm.

*Repair works have been done for the 3 compartment sink counter but the water damage on the wood seems to be permanent and there is still some gap observed at the back. Ensure this area is kept dry and caulking is redone to fill up the gap after cleaning.
