Follow-up to inspection report MLOO-C25PVU - Undercounter cooler has been repaired. Temperatures are ≤ 4°C - Creamers are now stored in adequate amount of ice. Ensure not too many creamers are placed out at once. It is better to refill more often as needed. - Ensure display coolers are not overstocked. Monitor temperatures of the food to ensure they are maintained ≤ 4°C.
