Follow up Inspection
- walk in freezer ambient air temperature -16 degree Celsius. monitor and ensure freezer maintains food temperature at or below -18 degree Celsius
- sandwich prep cooler service. Most food probed ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius except marinara sauce. The chicken and steak inserts empty at the time of the inspection. recommended filling with water to test and ensure temperature is at or below 4 degree Celsius. The cavity ambient air temperature at 2.9 degree Celsius.
