Paper based inspectino report 251921 - major cleanup has been completed > pay attention to area under cookline - ensure facility cleaning is frequent - operator called Orkin at time of inspection -> visits will be scheduled for every two weeks until issue has abated - ensure rodent droppings are cleaned up and the area sanitized as soon as they are found.
