Hot holding: off at time of inspection; food hot held for service (15-20 minutes) only.

Sanitation:
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels, and garbage receptacle.
High temperature dishwasher measured 76.9°C at plate surface during final rinse
dishwasher used mainly for coffee cups and juice/water glasses
dishes and cutlery all returned to Amenida kitchen for dishwashing

Storage:
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

General:
No pest activity observed at time of inspection
