Freezer sections at -14 - -15C. Monitor and ensure -18C or less. Hot holding at or above 60C Storage room clean and organized. Storage room freezers all at or below -18C except for freezer #3, which is at -14C. Again, monitor and ensure -18C or less. Foodsafe requirement met at time of inspection. Permit posted in kitchen. Dishwasher registered 76C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle. General sanitation is satisfactory. Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review.
