Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash station at front/kitchen adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory; Hot-holding temperatures satisfactory.
-Temperature monitoring system in place. Records checked at this time.
-100-200ppm chlorine solution available in bucket and in spray bottles for disinfection of surfaces.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.9'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-General food storage practice very good. All raw meat/seafood stored below/away from ready to each foods. Good.
-Receipts for food kept on site for review.
-No evidence of pest activity observed. Storage areas satisfactory.
-Washroom handsinks satisfactory.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory. However, floor underneath/behind grill/deep fryer requires better and more frequent cleaning.
NOTE: Remove all newspapers used to line shelves. Obtain rubber mats instead.

Facility was closed for renovation of the front dining area only. Approval granted to reopen for service.
