- Entire premise needs thorough and frequent cleaning
- Refrain from using non-food grade materials on premise (saran wrap, newspaper)
- Ensure that food that is being cooled is kept off floor
- Low temperature chlorine dishwasher had 50ppm chlorine at plate surface
- 200ppm chlorine sanitizer being used
- Cooler temperatures below 4C
- Freezer temperatures below -18C
