Professional pest control service in place.
Wiping rags in use stored in dilute bleach sanitizer (100 ppm chlorine)
Tapioca pearls are time monitored for room temperature storage shelf life, 2 hour monitoring period is noted on product lids.

Utensils in use stored on ice or in clean dry containers.
