Handwashing facilities maintained – warm water supply, stocked liquid soap and papertowel dispensers. Professional pest control service in place. Wiping rags in use stored in dilute bleach sanitizer (100 ppm chlorine) Tapioca pearls are time monitored for room temperature storage shelf life, 2 hour monitoring period is noted on product lids. Utensils in use stored on ice or in clean dry containers.
