- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm QUAT

NOTE: Annual Fall Fair to occur this weekend without Health Approval. Discussed event with Events Manager Ingrid. The majority of the food items will be cooked in commercial kitchen and transported to parking lot. Hot holding and cold holding units will be outside. Food changed every two hours after each service. No cooking in parking lot is to occur.

NOTE: External vendors include one food truck and one bubble tea temporary food service. These vendors require Health Approval. Ensure for next year Fraser Health is notified and Temporary Permit applications are submitted. Any external vendors are to be Permitted. Food truck is to be Permitted and temporary vendor has commercial food service establishment. Hand sinks for temporary vendor must be supplied by church at site in parking lot. Temporary food vendor is to make food items only in commercial space which has been inspected by local Health Authority and is Permitted to Operate. Bubble tea pearls and tea is to be made either in the church kitchen or in other permitted facility and transported to event in clean sanitary manner. No pearls are to be consumed which have been out at room temperature for longer than 4 hours. Ensure proper discarding of pearls is occurring and proper cold holding and hot holding is occurring at event.

****No objections to operation this year provided the above items are followed.

****For next year ensure two weeks prior to event Fraser Health Authority is notified to discuss approvals and Temporary Permits. The Vendors need to be discussed, Permitted (either Temporary Permit to operate or a Permitted Food cart/truck), FOODSAFE or equivalent Trained and the set up needs to be discussed. A Temporary Food Permit Application form can be found on Fraser Health website and emailed to local EHO. Business card provided to Events Manager at time of inspection
