- General sanitation is good
- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers are < or = 4C (except outside cooler)
- Freezers are < or = -18C
- Hot holding unit is > or = 60C
- High temperature dishwasher in use. Final rinse temperature reached 72.3C at the plate level.
- Bleach sanitizer available in bucket with wiping cloth at 100 ppm
- Dry storage is well-maintained
- Temperature logs are available and kept up to the previous day. Currently temperatures are recorded once per day.
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
