Comments

- Temperature of all coolers and freezers were adequate.
- Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 79 degrees C at the plate.
- Hand wash sinks were equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
**Do not block the hand sink in the kitchen with mop bucket. Hand sinks must be easily accessible.
- Bleach solution was available in spray bottle. Bucket made up for wiping cloths during the inspection.

**Please remove all items not required for the business including pieces of wood. This clears up space and makes cleaning easier. Wood also attracts rodents.
**Some reorganizing required in the walk-in-cooler; move box of lettuce away from under the raw meat shelf.
