Site visit to follow up on pest control measures. Fly strips have been removed from the food prep area. Fly zapper devices to be installed in the kitchen area. Ceiling tiles above the walk-in cooler side have been re-installed. Dining area has been repainted. Fatigue mats now used in the preparation area. -Ensure these mats are cleaned daily and floor underneath must be mopped and cleaned daily as well.
