Routine health inspection conducted: Coolers at 4 degrees C or less. Freezers satisfactory. No damaged cans observed in retail area at time of inspection. No expired product (infant formula / nutritional supplements) observed in retail area at time of inspection. First in first out stock rotation practices appears to be in use, based on random selection of items checked. Produce area hand wash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Three-compartment sink in produce area is supplied with hot and cold running water and drain plugs. Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available at 200 ppm. Premises is serviced by a pest control technician on a bi-weekly basis. Most recent pest control report dated April 5, 2023 noted no activity in interior rodent traps.
