Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pre-cooked noodles (around 15 bowls) are stored on the counter table in the room temperature for more than 2 hours, internal temperature are 20 deg. C.
Corrective Action(s): Correction: Discard the noodles. Ensure noodles are stored in the cooler. Do not overmake noodles.

-Chlorine sanitizer bucket: 100 ppm
-Hot holding soap and meat: 70 deg. C - 75 deg. C
-Professional pest control service twice a week.
