Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wiping cloths were stored in the sanitizer bucket without any solution in it.
Corrective Action(s): Wiping cloths must be stored in the sanitizer bucket with sanitizer in it! Change the sanitizer solution every 2 hours as needed. This is a recurring issue.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The paper towel dispenser at the handsink was empty and there were 2 containers being stored on and around the sink so that the sink wasn't easily accessible for handwashing. This is a recurring issue as well.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store items in and around the handsink. Refill the paper towel dispenser.

Observation: The 3rd shelf down from the top of the roast ckn holding case is not working. The temperature of the chickens on this shelf were around 53 degC. They were moved to the other shelves during the inspection since they had been out for just over an hour.
Corrective Action(s): Get this hotholding shelf fixed. Until then, don't store foods on this shelf. Label it so that staff are aware.

General Comments:
All coolers are below 4 degC
Soups were hotheld above 60 degC
Dshwashing procedures discussed. No concerns noted.
200ppm quats was available.
Deli manager had FS level 1 certification
Temperature logs were being maintained
As per Manager, store has pest control coming in monthly.
REMINDER: ONCE HOT FOODS HAVE BEEN COOLED TO ROOM TEMPERATURE (AROUND 20 DEGREES CELSIUS), PACKAGE THEM UP AND PLACE THEM IN THE COOLER RIGHT AWAY.
