Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 3 compartment sink and drain boards had a greasy oily film on them.
Correction: Ensure ware washing sinks and drain boards remain clean and free of food debris and oil so equipment and utensils and be easily washed and sanitized with out being recontaminated.
Wash and sanitize entire sink area to remove all oil and grease.
