All coolers at 4 deg C or less with thermometers inside
- All freezers at -18 deg C or less
- Dishwasher achieved 50ppm chlorine residual after rinse cycle
- 3 comp sink present w/quat dispenser at 200 ppm QUATS
- Quats sanitizer in spray sanitizer bottle at 200ppm Quats
- General sanitation is satisfactory (floors, walls, underneath equipment)
- No signs of pests
- Dry storage area clean (behind curtain); all foods stored off floor, dry goods in pest proof plastic bins.
