Follow up inspection:
-Egg tarts and rice were at or above 60 degrees C in the hot-holding unit.
-Hot-holding unit for the egg tarts was set to about 175 degrees F (above 140 degrees F / 60 degrees C) at the time of inspection.
-No leak was observed below the cooler.
-Store Manager mentioned that they repaired the leak in the plumbing.
*Please continue recording the internal temperatures of hot-held items at least every 2 hours.
