Paper inspection report April 28, 2022. Routine inspection: Premise is sanitary. No signs of pest. Hot and cold water with fully stocked hand sink available. Food protected from contamination. Packaged foods and whole vegetables and produce only. Small packaged meats from Canadian Bison CFIA approved (Alberta) facility. Try to maintain original lables when possible. Coolers in use at 4C and below; freezers -18C. -2 external cooler units are being upgraded. Contact EHO when upgrade is complete.
