Observation: food bins as noted by the operator were stored on the floor. this is not in a sanitary condition and they should be moved to the upperhead racking
Correction: clean all bins on the floor and move all bins to the clean upper head shelf for storage. date to be corrected: Jan 17 2019

-light bulb has been covered
-sanitation has greatly improved
-front cooler has been fixed it is measuring at -0.2C
-food bins have been removed from the floor
-sanitation and food safety plans have been provided. please send them to district environmental health officer for review. reminder all employees should be able to know where the food safety and sanitation plan are stored
-cutting boards have been cleaned, but a new clean stock should be stored on site should current cutting boards become too worn out
