Paper towel and soap available in all handwash stations. General sanitation improved on flooring, counters and two compartment sinks area. Fruit flies reduced. Fruits removed as this was summer menu for hookah. Cutting board and knives removed. Bleach onsite is too strong. Please have the following prepared by tomorrow: 1. Obtain paper towel dispenser/wall mounted dispenser. 2. Obtain 2 drain plugs. 3. Mix 1 teaspoon bleach to 1 litre water to obtain 100ppm sanitizer. Label spray bottle. 4. Obtain separate drain rack for cutting board/knives when fruits is offered on hookah menu next year. ***Correction order issued to premises. Single use service only until further notice. Reminder: Do not make structural or menu change without obtaining health approval.
