** cold pedal for handwashing station not operational; plumber is on-site at time of inspection for repairs
- handwashing station in chicken room stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer in spray bottles measured 200ppm quats
- sanitizer in warewashing sink measured between 200-400ppm quats
** ensure sanitizer is thoroughly mixed and that air bubbles are not introduced into the tubing when a new bag of sanitizer is added

** Ensure permit is posted in a conspicuous location.
