When turned on at the beginning of the inspection, it went through the draining, fill, warm up cycles and showed 'error, service required' message on display. Facility uses take-out/single use plates only and is equipped for manual dishwashing. Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have the dishwasher repaired and contact the health inspector to notify. Until then, continue with manual dishwashing. Violation Score: 3
