Quat sanitizer has been replaced - dispensing unit measured at 200ppm Test strips on site and in use. Use these on a regular basis to determine if your sanitizing equipment is functioning properly F'Real cleaning schedule discussed with manager on site - machine has an auto rinse, but not clean or sanitize cycle built in. All cleaning and sanitizing must be done manually Frequency must change from existing 24hr schedule to every 4hours. This means a full wash (soapy water), rinse, and sanitize using the provided iodine sanitizer. Manager printed out a cleaning schedule for 8AM, noon, 4PM, 8PM, midnight, then again at 8AM. OK
