Follow-up Inspection Conducted Today. All infractions in Report #JCHY-BYYVKX have been addressed. -Walk-in Cooler measured at an air ambient temperature of 3C. -thermometers are present in the walk-in cooler and cooler underneath the oven at the front of house. NOTE: Cooler under the oven at the front of house is currently under service. Do not use cooler until it is serviced and is holding an air ambient temperature of 4C or less. Use the walk-in cooler in the meantime. COVID-19 compliance checked. Signage for self-serve machine is posted. Chairs and tables are spaced 6ft. apart to ensure physical distancing. Closure Order rescinded. Report is emailed due to COVID-19 pandemic.
