Comments

- General sanitation is good.
- Front/back handwashing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 72.9C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at 200ppm QUAT solution at each station. Ensure to regularly change out the sanitizer.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. All boxes and food items must be stored min 6inches (15cm) off the floor to facilitate cleaning.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Pest management system in use.
- FOODSAFE certified staff on duty. The manager has FOODSAFE level 2 certification.

- Beverage cooler (front) = 4C
- Display cooler (front) = 4C
- Prep line cooler (kitchen) = 3C
- Walk in cooler (back) = 4C
- Four chest freezers in the back storage room all maintain < -18C.
- Daily temperature logs available and kept up to date.
