- Sanitizer solution available and in use at 200ppm Chlorine - EXCELLENT! - continue this practice

ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED:
- Install proper door screen for bottom door. The weather is getting colder and all entrances should be tight fitting to prevent entry of rodents into facility
- Board up torn screen on lower window between crawlspace and downstairs storage area. USE WOOD NOT DUCT TAPE
- Clean and sanitize areas affected by rodent droppings including:
- Behind East chest freezer
- Shelf above East chest freezer
