Observation: Walls in the walk-in fridge are covered in mold. Mold also noted on the outside surface of a food container. Dish table/counter contaminated with blood. Food debris and pool of grease noted under cooking equipment. Sugar/flour spills found on the floor and on the pellet in the dry storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the wall, shelves and fan inside the walk-in, Decontaminate by sanitizing counter immediately after using. Thoroughly clean the kitchen and the dry storage room.

Observation: Overhead ceiling lights are exposed without covers.
Corrective Action(s): Replace covers or put fluorescent tubes in clear plastic sleeves. This is a repeated violation.
