Observation: - Single use customer containers stored on the floor near a cooking line.
- Plastic cup stored in a container with uncooked/bulk rice.
Corrective Action(s): - All single use utensils must be stored off the floor.
- A scoop must be available for dry bulk food items and it is must be stored in a sanitary manner.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Food debris observed on storage shelves of prep. tables, behind equipment, and some prep counters.Noted grease and dust accumulation on a fan hood.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all equipment, floor (at a hard to reach areas), and some walls.

309 - Chemicals, cleansers, & similar agents stored or labeled improperly [s. 27]
Observation: Spray containers with cleaning agents was not label at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Label all containers with chemicals. Today. Be inform that all chemicals and cleaning agents must be stored in original containers or properly labeled.

ublic Comments
- General sanitation - satisfactory. However, required improvement (see violation sections).
- Hand sinks (in kitchen and washroom) supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
- Coolers (upright stainless steel (2), front small counter top, & glass door) at or below 4 deg C.
- Thermometer for all cold units - available.
- Freezer at - 18 deg C.
Note: No hot holding at the time of inspection.
- A probe thermometer is available.
- Food contact surface sanitizer is available (spray) and it measured at 100ppm chlorine residual.
- High temperature dishwasher at 76.9 deg C during rinse cycle at dish level.
- No evidence of pest activity is noted.

Recommendations:
- Follow to labels on food items.If label on a food container indicated "keep refrigerated after opening" - do it. Do not keep it at room temperature.
- Organize storage in some coolers - bit messy.
- Take care of your garbage - do not leave it overnight.
- Do not leave dirty equipment on prep counters if not in use.
