Corrections made:
Sanitizer solutions in buckets measured at 100ppm chlorine with test strips.
Food items covered in coolers.
Back door screen repaired.
Floors and hard to reach areas are cleaned - *ensure cleaning is done every day before closing*.
Two door cooler metal panel is repaired.

Outstanding items:
Blue plastic containers will be replaced with food grade containers - staff stated about 40 containers are ordered from Sun Ming Enterprises - Food Equipment Wholesale store. Ensure the old bins are discarded or used for non-food storage purposes.
Chest freezer lid disintegrating - the cracked interior surfaces are temporarily fixed with caulking. Ensure the whole lid is replaced or replace the freezer until next routine inspection.

No chickens on hooks (for drying) in cooler were observed at the time of inspection; reviewed the process with the manager on duty. When drying the chickens in cooler, ensure there is a designated area for chickens at the bottom shelving unit - there should be no food below the chicken. Ensure the top shelving directly above the chicken is covered so there is no risk of contamination.
