Comments

Corrections are made:

Dishwasher has been repaired - 50ppm chlorine detected with test strips in the final rinse water, and maximum temperature reached at 58C.
Handwashing sink is repaired & fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap in a dispenser and single use disposable paper towels.
Floor is cleaned & sanitized in the back warehouse area.
Panels of the mechanical proofer was repainted/finished - no paint peeling observed.
Large fan has been cleaned.

Following corrections to be made:

** Ensure the drying racks above the 2 compartment sink is cleaned.
** Ensure the height of the drain board of the low temperature dishwasher is adjusted in appropriate angle so water drains back to the dishwasher. Some water pooling was observed on the drain board at the time of inspection.
