Observations:

- Coolers require adequate lighting. Poor lighting impacts proper maintenance and cleaning. Pursue alternative lighting methods - date to be corrected by: June 30
- Perishable items stored in an effective manner. Ice bags are no longer being used as a supplemental cooling method in topping coolers
- Cooler unit in service holding area - an ice bath would be more effective than ice cubes alone
