General Comments:
-All handwash stations supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
-Hand washing was observed between task changes
-Three-compartment sink for manual warewashing, QUATS available
-Sanitizer bucket with cloths, and QUATS at 200ppm
-Three hot holding units in front store, only middle unit in use during inspection, 64.6°C
-Under counter cooler 0.2°C, prep cooler 2.2°C
-Walk-in cooler 1.6°C
-Upright freezer -18°C
-All refrigeration units equipped with accurate thermometers
-Pizza oven scheduled for service on 01-June-2022
-Chemicals properly stored
-Clean utensils stored separately from maintenance equipment
-No signs of pests, premises is maintained
-Permit is posted.
