> High temperature dishwasher achieved final rinse temperature of 81.1C as per max/min thermometer.
> 100ppm bleach solution available with wiping cloths submerged.
**This solution must be remade prior to next concession service. Use test strips to verify concentration.
> Pest control services are provided monthly. Request upon next visit to provide a service report or summary of findings.
