Observation: Temperature of the pizza prep. cooler at 9.5 C.
Thermometer, which located in the cavity of this cooler also at 9.5 C.
Correction: Immediately. Adjust/repair the pizza prep. cooler.temperature of the cooler must be <or = 4.0 C.
Keep temperature log. Staff must immediately notify the owner if noticed an issue with a cooler.
Keep small amount of food for pizza preparation/must be finish it as 2 hours/. Keep extra insert containers with pizza ingredients in the walk-in cooler.

Observation: Pizza prep. cooler at 14 C (top) and 9.7 C (bottom cavity).
Correction: No food in the pizza prep. cooler. The operator stated that service has been done/temperature of the cooler was adjusted.
Please repair/replace cooler. Temperature of the cooler must be 4 or below.

Follow-up inspection conducted due to outstanding violations related to prep cooler temperature.

-Prep cooler was recorded to be at 4C at the time of inspection. *Ensure to close top compartment when not in use*
-Temperature logs are kept and up to date.
-Working thermometer inside prep cooler shows temperature of 4C
