Correction: - Clean/scrub off alll the grime and sanitize. Date to be corrected by: Mar 27, 2025

Comments

- Clean up is done. Some areas require more cleaning: Dishwasher, Floor underneath the cook line. Grime build up is still observed around the corners inside the dishwasher. Grease build up still observed in the center area of the cook line; staff stated that this area is difficult to clean since the cook line cannot be moved and the floor near the wall cannot be reached. This area can be cleaned when the vent cleaning company comes in for scheduled cleaning in about a month as per the supervisor.
