Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a few QUATs surface sanitizer solutions registering at less than 200ppm at 100ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure QUATs surface sanitizer is at 200ppm to ensure effective sanitation of surfaces and equipment. Solutions changed during inspection, now measuring at 200ppm.

Observation: Observed front and back hand washing sinks near prep areas missing liquid hand soap and Oyster shucking hand washing sink not in working order.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that hand washing sinks are in working order and adequately supplied with soap, paper towel and running hot/cold water. Liquid hand soap replaced at front and back hand washing sinks near prep areas during inspection.
