Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. Coolers measured at 4C or less. Hot holding measured at 60C or higher. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. QUATs sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strips. 2 compartment and 3 compartment sinks are well equipped and in use.
