General: -Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -21C or colder; thermometers present; and temperatures checked daily but not recorded. - Hand sink stocked w/liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot + cold water - Foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves; non-foods stored separately from foods; and no expired foods for sale. - General sanitation is good. No signs of pest. - Quats sanitizer was 200ppm. Recommend obtaining test strips to monitor strength. - FIFO followed. - Approval to operate granted.
