Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bulk bags of epson salt cleaners were stored next to canola oil jugs. Food should not be stored in the same area as cleaners to prevent contamination.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to store chemical products away from food storage areas. Correction required today.

Observation: There is excess amount of unneeded items being stored on premise such as car tires, recyclable baby seats and cardboard boxes. These items are not required for the operation of this premise. Car tires are contaminated and should not be in the food production floor.
Corrective Action(s): Overtime, remove these items and clutter from premise. Correction required in two weeks.

Comments

Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Hand washing stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towel.
Hot and cold running water available at all sinks.
Cooler at 4 C or lower; freezer at -18 C or lower.
Utensils are cleaned and sanitized in dishwasher.
Dishwasher final rinse at 74 C at plate.
Manual dishwashing performed for utensils that do not fit in the dishwasher; quat sanitizer being used at 200-400 ppm.
Oil dispenser is not refilled but replaced with a cleaned and sanitized container once the existing ones have emptied.
Products and foods in general protected from contamination in food grade containers with lids.
Containers for food storage are sanitary.
Washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sink.

Recommendation: At this time, do not provide sampling for clients. For the dishwashing staff, take off jewelry such as watches and rings before washing dishes.
