Follow up inspection:

- all hand washing stations are supplied with disposable paper towels and liquid soap ( Western Pacific Paper is a chemical supplier )
- new hand wash station has been installed at the entering point in the kitchen area ( hair protection /nets/ station to be also available )
- janitorial facility at the lower floor has been set up with a back flow preventer
- manual dispensing system will be installed at the 3 compartment sink in the kitchen area and also at the janitorial facilities in each floors.
- test strips are available for chlorine and quat daily monitoring.
- accurate thermometers are installed in each refrigeration units
- daily temperature logs for high temps and low temperature dishwasher are available on site
- Food Safety plans are revised and accepted
- food supplier - Complete purchasing services
- enclosure around garbage/recycling area installed
- pest control - Canadian pest control

Kitchenettes are supplied with the high temperature dishwashers and logs are available.
