Observation: 1. Front handsink soap dispenser not dispensing soap. Soap jug appears full.
2. Drain under blender drying rack appears plugged - water not draining
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is functioning properly.

2. Drain must be functional repair - operator has called for service.

Observation: Cold brew container stored on top of safe next to back handsink. Cold brew process takes approximately 20 hours and needs to be maintained at room temp according to operator.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure there is a proper designated place for this process to occur. On top of the safe is not a suitable place for continued use for this purpose. Propose a new location and provide Fraser Health with an update of this location.

-No signs of pest activity noted during inspection - pest control service available
-General sanitation satisfactory

Note:
-Currently operating with modified hours 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday to Friday
-No public washrooms available and limited inside seating at this time
-When school re-opens in September 2021 the hours of operation will likely move to 7 days a week and longer hours.
