-High temperature washer final rinse 71.4 deg C at plate level on first cycle

-towels left in bleach sanitizer when not actively used

General sanitation pass -no signs of pests
Handwash sinks adequately stocked -paper towels dispensed, pumped soap

NOTE: operator plans to do some renovations at the end of the year adding fridges, shelves and cosmetic changes. As well menu changes may occur. Floor plans and food safety plans will be required before implementation.
